The location is fantastic, just moments from the lake. However, the elevator is small and cramped.

Great family room, very comfortable with a bath! The location is super central, just steps from shopping and sights. Breakfast was yummy in a lovely room. Jeff, the host, was incredibly helpful with local tips and even let us practice our French. Highly recommend! 😊

missingWrote a review on 28 Octdangerous stairs
Stairs are a concern, with dangerous access making the experience less pleasant, especially for those with mobility issues. The bathroom's dimensions are tight, and the lift is only suitable for two slight individuals with minimal luggage. Wi-Fi registration requires an email for each device, which can be tedious, and the bed could probably use some updating given its previous guest imprints.

The location is amazing, just a minutes' walk from the beautiful Old Town and the lake. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, providing maps and recommendations that made exploring Annecy a breeze. My room, while compact, was spotless and featured a comfortable bed that allowed for a great night's sleep. I appreciated the little details like the air conditioning during the summer heat and the charming decor that added character.

A Hidden Gem in Annecy
We enjoyed our stay in a cozy double room for three nights. The staff's warmth made check-in a breeze, and the clever metal blinds ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast offered delightful fruits, but a suggestion for hot eggs could enhance it further. A nearby restaurant serves amazing local dishes!

The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the central station and the scenic lake. The staff provided outstanding service, being friendly and always eager to offer helpful travel tips. The room was well-maintained and featured comfortable pillows, adding to a restful experience. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity was frustratingly inconsistent, and the breakfast spread, while sufficient, didn’t quite impress. The elevator is small, which could be a concern for those with larger luggage.

central location but dated rooms
The location truly shines, just steps away from the charm of Old Town and the serene lake. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to provide local tips and assistance. I appreciated the clean facilities, and the air conditioning offered welcomed relief during a particularly warm stay. The city view from my window added a delightful touch to my experience.
The room felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing.
